Horsham Rural City Council invites you to provide a quotation for the development of a Horsham Municipal Active Recreation & Sport Strategy (the Strategy).

The Strategy will recognise the important role active recreation and organised sport plays in our local communities. The Strategy will provide a framework of actions aimed at:

• improving and increasing membership of community sporting clubs and

• improving access to a network of facilities and public spaces that will support and encourage people not engaged in community sport to be more physically active and socially connected.

The Strategy will build on existing Council plans and strategies with an increased focus on the activation of open spaces and recreation reserves.

RFQ's must be uploaded to the tendering Portal on Council’s website in one zipped folder.
