The scope of the works is to improve road safety by preventing the flooding and ponding at M074 6.50 SLK Mandjoogoordap Drive Roundabout and Lakelands Lake Clifton Road outbound and northbound lanes. The scope comprises of the:

• Installation of junction pits with pipe culverts including the apron slab and tie into existing junction pits
• Removal of redundant ACO kerbs, collapsed paving
• Installation of new reinforced kerbing; and
• Reinstatement of asphalt and brick paving.

A site visit will be held at Mandjoogoordap Drive Roundabout, Southbound Departure Leg on 14 November 2024 10:00 AM.

A mandatory pre-tender meeting, including a site inspection, will be held on:

Failure to attend the mandatory tender briefing will result in the Tender being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
