This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
ASIC is seeking to understand what solutions are in the market for Forms Digitisation.
Aligning with the ambitions of the RC Program and the broader Government priorities, the Forms Digitisation Project will support the modernisation and optimisation of form submission through the automation of digitalising existing ASIC forms, including the following high-level capabilities:
• Support a variety of originating form formats (iApply, Java, PDF, etc).
• Customise how form data is used, including the capability to send through external API’s.
• Highly customise the look and feel of forms both individually and wholistically.
• Sophisticated and automated, yet customisable, field validation & verification (e.g. ABN Lookup).
• Extraction of forms into source code for further customisation and extensibility.
To achieve the Forms Digitisation process highlighted above, ASIC is seeking the services of a vendor.
