Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Block B Roof at Aldridge SHS, located at 47 Boys Avenue, Maryborough QLD 4560, as part of the TMP program.
The scope of work includes the demolition of the existing roof sheeting, repairs to the roof with new framing structure, new roof sheeting, fascia, gutters, etc and relocation of a/c units to ground in cage on concrete plinth. All works are to be completed by January 2025.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
