SERVICE REQUIRED:

Council invites tender submissions from suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations (the Tenderer) who are interested in obtaining a lease to operate an existing cafe at Village Park Reserve at 1 Park Street, Mona Vale.

The site is conveniently located in the vibrant town centre of Mona Vale, and within an important community precinct.

The Cafe/Restaurant is positioned west of the Village Park and comprises a large 335m2 (approx.) internal and external area with excellent potential.

Maximum of one hundred and twenty (120) patrons/seats may be accommodated within the cafe/restaurant premises at any one time.

The successful tenderer would be required to undertake design, fit-out and operate a cafe/restaurant facility that meets the lease requirements and relevant regulatory or/and legislative requirements.

The lease term will be ten (10) + five (5) years.

The hours of operation are Monday to Sunday 7am to 10pm.

SITE BRIEFING:

A Site briefing will be held on Thursday 21 November 2024 at 3:30pm by RSVP at 1 Park Street, Mona Vale.

Respondents should ensure they review all documents and understand the scope of work before attending the briefing.

LODGEMENT:

Submissions should be lodged in the electronic tender box or in the physical tender box at Northern Beaches Council, Civic Centre, 725 Pittwater Road, Dee Why, NSW 2099 by the time and date nominated. Late submissions may not be accepted.
