Council has allocated funding to progress the design, documentation, and approval processes for three building projects located in Somerset, Waratah and Wynyard respectively.

While each of the projects are different in scale and complexity, there are similar skill sets and disciplines required across them.

The projects are:

• Langley Park Somerset Club rooms upgrade and new public amenities.
• Waratah Caravan park New amenities block
• Wynyard Recreation Ground toilet / shower renovation in grandstand

Construction of the projects will be a matter for consideration in the Council's 25/26 budget process.

Council requires the services of a Principal Consultant (Architect or Building Designer) and sub consultant team to undertake the detailed design, documentation, and approvals processes for the three projects.

The project deliverables are to be consolidated into individual tender (project specific) packages.

The estimated value of the projects including consultant services, approvals, construction and 5% construction contingency is:

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses must be submitted Electronic Tender Box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. 

CLOSING DATE AND TIME: Tenders close at 3.00 pm AEST on 2 December 2024 and submissions must be fully received by this time. Council is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Council staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
