Hindmarsh Shire Council has an exciting opportunity for Artists to submit Expressions of Interest for the Llew Schilling Silo Art Activation Project in Rainbow, Victoria. Emerging, mid-career and established Artists are invited to propose both 2D and 3D designs for activation on and within the Silo structure that reflect the cultural, natural and historical environment of the township of Rainbow and surrounding areas.
