The Town is issuing this RFQ to identify and select a respondent to facilitate the standardisation of the Town’s printer/MFD fleet to a single supplier and reduce the number of models in use. Additionally, the Town intends to have a standard service contract, including ongoing support and maintenance for the printer/MFD fleet. The Town currently uses YSoft as the print management system and intends to continue with this system for the term of the contract. For this purpose, the Town invites Offers in accordance with the terms of this RFQ.
