The Work includes but is not limited to Refurbishment for the following properties as per indicated in the annexure 1 Scope and Specification.

• Lot 1, 6/1 Howard Street, Wonthella, WA 6530  

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at 4/1 Howard Street, Wonthella on 15 November 2024 9:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held on Friday 15th of November 2024 at 9 AM at Wonthella.
