Tender Description
The Department of Home Affairs and Australian Border Force (the Department) is seeking a Provider to undertake Work Value Assessments and compile Position Descriptions for senior positions (including Senior Executive Service, and Senior Director/Chief Superintendent positions).
Aproximiately150 to 200 senior positions across the Department of Home Affairs and Australian Border Force would require WVAs using the Department’s agreed methodology. Subsequent WVAs may also be needed (i.e. if changes to positions are made based on the outcomes of the initial assessment). This is expected to be minimal (<15% of assessments).
The collection of the information required for the WVAs (including interviews if required) will be undertaken by the Department of Home Affairs.
Timeframe for Delivery: Proposed contract start date 16 December 2024 with end date of 30 June 2025. Possible extension option/s up to 15 December 2025.
