Tender Description
The Burnie Student Accommodation project will involve renovating E block at the Burnie Campus.
Works are to be conducted utilising both the eastern and western wings of this building to incorporate 25 rooms in a studio room configuration, each with their own bathroom amenities, for student accommodation.
The design also accommodates for shared common areas including kitchens and break out spaces, to assist in the social element of this accommodation solution.
