Expressions of Interest are invited from any interested organisation or individual who wish to make a regular hire booking at the Inverell Equestrian Centre from 1 January 2025 to 30 June 2025.

Applicants are required to complete the Inverell Equestrian Centre Grounds Hire Application Form and return to Council by 10:00am on Friday, 22nd November 2024.

The EOI process will be as follows:

• Council to call for EOIs on Friday, 1st November 2024 by advertising on social media, Inverell Times, Council’s website and emailing all current users of the Equestrian Centre;
• Expressions of Interest must be submitted by 10:00am on Friday, 22nd November 2024;
• Council to liaise with nominating groups to resolve any clashes to maximise the usage of the centre;
• Council to report back to ECMC on bookings received and unresolved clashes on Tuesday, 10th December 2024;

Equestrian Centre Management Committee to resolve booking clashes; and

Council to issue booking confirmations by Friday, 20th December 2024.

Please Note: The Inverell Equestrian Centre Grounds Hire Application Form has an additional column for you to request an alternative date as a second option for your event. This additional date information will assist Council with resolving any potentional clashes to maximise the use of the Centre. If there are still clashes with requested dates, Council will contact the user groups to resolve.

An application to hire the Centre on available dates can be made by downloading and completing the Inverell Equestrian Grounds Hire Application Form.

Please refer to the 2024 Inverell Equestrian Centre Booking Calendar for the dates the Centre is available.
