Council seeks to create an inclusive community in which people with disabilities enjoy equal rights and opportunities to participate in the social and cultural life of the Shire. This project seeks to upgrade Barfold Hall with an extension to provide a DDA toilet, while maintaining the side exit from the building. Additional concrete pathways to link to main road entrance.

One of the key responsibilities of Council is to have community buildings that are inclusive and are place where everyone should be able to participate in and enjoy.
