The Department of Health is seeking Expression of Interest for the lease of land to build and operate culturally specific Residential Aged Care Facilities for the Chinese and Indian Communities on the following sites:

• 227-229 Manningham Road, Templestowe Lower
• 8 Mayfield Road, Cranbourne East
• 55-67 Coomora Road, Springvale South
• Tarneit [Address to be advised post EOI]

This EOI provides the opportunity for Not-for-Profit residential aged care providers to submit for one or more of the sites.
