The State of Queensland (acting through the Queensland Police Service (QPS)) is releasing this Invitation to Offer (ITO) for a Police Applicant Tracking System (PATS) solution designed to support the end-to-end recruitment process for police recruit applicants. The solution will optimise the applicant journey from initial application through multiple assessment stages to potential allocation and offer, supporting efficient and effective management and reporting of the recruitment pipeline.

The QPS is seeking an integrated, digital solution that includes:

* Applicant Self-service portal: A user friendly, secure portal allowing applicants to submit, manage, and track their applications.

* Staff Management Interface: An internal interface for QPS Staff to oversee and process applications, including the management of all assessment stages.

Industry Briefing:

An Industry briefing session is currently scheduled for Thursday 28 November 2024.

ITO QPS18675 will be open for a maximum of 4 weeks, excluding the mandatory shut down period of 9 December 2024 to 10 January 2025. The close date is 24 January 2025.
