The Whitsunday Regional Council's (the Principal) Southern SCADA network for sewer and water pump stations has two types of telemetry hardware, ELPRO and ClearSCADA. The Principal requires:

* 12 sites with ELPRO hardware upgraded to ClearSCADA hardware, eight off sewer pump stations and 2 off water pump stations and 2 off reservoirs;

* Each site upgraded must be commissioned, performance verified and online (visible from the Principal’s ClearSCADA); and

* The SCADA must be standardised using the templates in Appendix A and Appendix B (examples of Sewer Pump Station Mimic Pages), and align with Appendix C of the Scope of Works.

The existing ELPRO systems must remain in service until the upgraded ClearSCADA system has been commissioned, performance verified and online.

All Works must be complete by the 28th of March 2025.
