Tender Description
The Loxton District Children’s Centre Incorporated is seeking tender submissions for the construction of a New Woodleigh Childcare Centre. LDCC is a not-for-profit organisation run by a board, members of which are drawn from the community.
The project includes the construction of a fit for purpose, modern, compliant, and environmentally friendly multi-use Centre to meet the demand from new families and service providers in the region.
In its first year, the new childcare centre will have capacity for 120 full time places growing to 140 in three years. The projects aim is to create the capacity to attract new families to the region, increasing community vibrancy and help build a sense of community.
The project includes construction of the following:
- Learning hubs
- Offices
- Sleep hubs
- Bathrooms
- Kitchens
- Landry’s
- Staff rooms
- Consulting room
- Programme training room.
- Outdoor play spaces separated into age groups with play equipment and landscaping
- Carpark area.
