Tender Description

The Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives │Te Tari o te Manahautū o te Whare Māngai (“The Office”) is looking for a system(s) to support our select committees. The Office is seeking a system(s) which will be used by members and secretariat staff for committee meeting management, document and submission processing, tracking the flow of work, and sharing information both securely and on our website. We are also interested in hearing about public engagement features, specifically related to the submission process, that are either included in your solution or could integrate with our new system(s). Following this RFI, the Office will decide on what procurement process it will follow, if any.

The Office is seeking to understand what solution(s) exist in the market that may be able to meet our business needs. We would also welcome your thoughts on anything else you think would be relevant and useful for us to consider.

While we are not looking for quotes, proposals, or tenders for specific services, we would welcome any pricing information you are able to share about your solution(s).
