Tender Description
Mount Barker District Council invites Submissions from Tenderers for the Streetscape Upgrade Construction works in Nairne Main Street (Stage 2.4B).
This project is the next stage of the Nairne Main Street Enhancement following on from the successful completion of the previous stage of works, Nairne Main Street (Stage 2.4A), on the opposite side of the road, in December 2022.
The services include a complex mix of construction elements including new concrete kerbing, block-paved footpaths, concrete retaining walls, pedestrian stairs and a scissor ramp, landscaping, car park renewal, stormwater, lighting and third party service diversions.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held on site at 10.30am on Friday 15th November 2024 as per clause 3.3.3 of the RFT document.
