ABOUT THE TENDER: The tender is to reconstruct the sand training track at Parkes Racecourse which was damaged by floodwater.

SUBMISSIONS: Tenderers should submit their tender via the electronic tender box using either the PDF or Word version of the Tender Form.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. Should assistance be required please use the online manual on the portal under Support/Online Manuals/Making a Submission.

Parkes Jockey Club is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit. Parkes Jockey Club personnel are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
