Grampians Health is seeking a Head Contractor to carry out the Fit Out Works at the Ballarat Austin Radiation Oncology Centre (BAROC). These works are required to be carried out for the installation of two new Linac machines within bunker 3 and 4.

The works include the Fit Out for the following spaces; main corridor, bunker entry, bunkers 3 and 4, control room, check offices 3 and 4 and existing toilet refurbishment. A new fire rated wall is also required to be built as a performance solution requirement to delete the sprinklers from within the bunker.

The Vendor equipment will be installed after Practical Completion has been obtained and managed by Austin Health.
