Tender Description
The First Nations Water Branch is seeking to engage a consultancy to facilitate the design of enduring water holding arrangements within the Murray–Darling Basin. The consultancy will assist in gathering feedback from Basin First Nations Peoples and develop legally and financially robust options for the creation of a First Nations water governing entity that will be durable, transparent, and culturally appropriate.

Potential Suppliers are to provide written notice to the nominated Contact Officer no later than 18 November 2024 setting out the names and contact details for all persons who will be attending the industry briefing.
