Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced Pest Control organisations to provide pest extermination services to Cumberland Local Government Area including buildings, facilities, parks, BBQ’s and picnic areas.

The work is awarded for the contract work on a schedule of rates price basis in accordance with the tender pricing schedules herein. The Council makes no guarantee to the contractor regarding the volume of services required under this contract. All work will be on an “as required” basis during the contract term. The applicable terms and conditions of engagement are detailed in the Conditions of Contract.

It is envisaged that all successful Tenderer will have the ability to receive work orders via Council’s preferred enterprise software; Technology1, action reactive works, upload reports and close off work orders as required. Training in the use of Technology1 platform will be provided to the successful contractor.
