Tender Description

Isaac Regional Council (Council) require an appropriate licensed and qualified Contractor to carry out remediation works to water damaged properties in Nebo and Moranbah. These works include but are not limited to bathroom demolition, mould remediation, waterproofing, tiling and reconstruction of bathrooms, and remediation of internal walls, removal and replacement of carpets in adjacent areas.

Tenderers are required to attend a Mandatory site inspection at multiple locations on Tuesday 19 November 2024. See Conditions of Tender for further mandatory site meeting details.
