VicTrack together with Head, V/Line Corporation (V/Line) and Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) (Transport Parties), are aiming to enter into a shared funding partnership for the ‘Station Volunteer Program’ (Program). The purpose of the Program is the beautification of station precincts throughout Victoria, both metropolitan and regional. The Transport Parties have decided to go to market to test the competitiveness and capability of potential suppliers to deliver the Program and management services which include, but not limited to:

• Program management, including engagement and coordination of the volunteer groups in line with the agreed annual plan
• Provide Transport Parties with regular data and reporting in relation to the services
• Communication and marketing services about the Program, such as creation of the website, promotion of the Program, and creation and implementation of the Communications Plan etc.
