The City of Mandurah (City) is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and experienced businesses or organisations for the Coodanup Foreshore Civil and Landscape Construction Stage 3.

The City of Mandurah is upgrading the Coodanup Foreshore, Peel Parade Coodanup. Works include the construction of an asphalt car park, kerbing, path connections and hardscape areas. The site is adjacent to the Peel Estuary and will require careful site management to minimize the impact of works on the local environment.

The Scope of Works include, but are not limited to, the following items:

1. Demolition of furniture and signage inclusive of concrete pads and footings

2. Site Preparation including earthworks and grading

3. Construction of a Car park with 21 regular bays and 1 ACROD bay and bus bay. Works include pavement layers, limestone retaining wall, kerbing and line marking

4. Compacted limestone paths and hardstand areas

5. Concrete works including paths, footings, hardstand areas, kerbing and in-situ concrete walls

6. Compacted granite fines

7. Rock work including relocating and breaking up of limestone boulders

The Requirements to be provided by the Tenderer, under the proposed Contract, are set out in Part 2 Specification.
