Manningham City Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced construction contractors to undertake works with respect to the redevelopment of the outdoor area at the Aquarena Aquatic and Leisure Centre (139-153 Williamsons Road, Lower Templestowe, 3108).

The scope of services is stated in the attached documentation.

Any questions about this expression of interest should be submitted through the "Question Forum" .The cut off time for questions is three (3) business days prior to the closing date.

Any submission may not necessarily be accepted and any action or contact that may be considered as an attempt to influence a decision of Councillors or Staff shall disqualify the relevant tenderer.

Faxed, emailed, hard copy or verbal submissions will not be considered.
