Charles Sturt University has introduced a number of M365 applications to our environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Teams. These platforms host a significant amount of sensitive and business-critical information. The potential risks associated with data loss, corruption, or unauthorized access necessitate a comprehensive backup solution to mitigate these risks and ensure business continuity.

The scope of this tender is to mitigate potential risks associated with data loss, corruption or cyber-attack with the procurement of a M365 Backup solution. This solution will initially be implemented for our Exchange Online environment, with the potential to expand to additional products at a later date.
