Scope

Essential Energy is seeking proposals from Service Providers for the below services. For Property Services, we require Service Provider/s to maintain the lawns, security fence lines, gardens, buffer zones, and vegetation free graveled areas of these sites. For Transmission Services, we require Service Providers to maintain the lawns, buffer zones, and vegetation free graveled areas of these sites. Cleaning of switch and control rooms and cleaning of toilets including replacement of consumables in these areas. Pest and vermin suppression of the building's forms part of the scope at these sites. Essential Energy Only accepts responses via our Oracle system. Responses and messages on other platforms will not be monitored. If you are not an existing Essential Energy supplier, you will need to register. Once you have registered, please email becc.blight@essentialenergy.com.au so I can add you to the negotiation. This will make the process of viewing the negotiation and associated documents easier. You will be required to accept the Negotiation Terms and Conditions prior to viewing the negotiation details and attachments. All information required to register is attached to this tender notice.
