Tender Description
The City of Melville (City) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to supply cleaning services at LeisureFit Booragoon
The successful Contractor must be able to commit to starting the works shortly after Contract award.
The Contract period is for an initial term of two years with two (2) additional twenty four (24) month option periods which will be exercised at the sole discretion of the City. The City will appoint one Contractor for the provision of the Services.
