Edith Cowan University (ECU) is seeking Responses from suppliers to this Request for Proposal (RFP).

ECU seeks to engage a mechanical engineering company, to undertake the replacement of the Air Conditioning units in Buildings 1 and 5 on the ECU Southwest, Bunbury Campus. Building five is currently occupied by the Schools of Education, and Arts and Humanities, and Building 1 is currently occupied by Campus Reception and Information, Campus Support Office, and Student Hub. It is intended that we undertake this project between Semesters to mitigate disruption.

ECU is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified party, with the experience and capabilities of delivering projects of this type, in similar working environments.

RESPONDENT MUST PROVIDE RESPONSES IN THE COMMENTS FIELD IN THE ONLINE SUBMISSION FORM IN THE  SYSTEM (AS RQUESTED), AND/OR PROVIDE NO MORE THAN TWO ATTACHMENTS TO EACH REQUIREMENT.

Respondent may be disqualified or have responses marked down if the Respondent chooses to upload a single document containing all responses to the tender.

All Respondents are reminded to submit their responses via the online form on our tendering portal (not via MS Word Documentation attachment or email). Respondents who do not submit their responses through the online form will be disqualified.
