Tender Description
Ōpōtiki District Council (ODC) is inviting tenders to remedy a Council owned premise that is earthquake prone, contains asbestos and is in an aged and deterioting condition. Building plans are to remove the earthquake prone part of the building (the top wooden grandstand and shelter), then upgrade and reroof the bottom half, which contains the changing rooms and public toilets which are to be fit for purpose.
