The Corporation of the City of Adelaide (ABN 20 903 762 572) (the Council) invites Tenders for Procure Direct Metering Services to CoA’s Electricity Meters (the Supplies). The Council will enter into a Contract with the successful Tenderer. The Council is bound by its Procurement Policy in releasing this RFT and conducting the Tender Process.

The procurement is aimed at transitioning the City of Adelaide (CoA) from the current Retailer Appointed Meter Provider (RAMP) system to a Direct Metering Agreement (DMA). The change is necessary to address operational inefficiencies, high and inconsistent metering costs, and challenges related to communication and data access across multiple metering providers.
