Tender Description
CCC is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to:
- Recommend a suitable new CCR solution which aligns with CCC’s business, functional and non-functional requirements.
- undertake obligation free demonstrations and provide a suitability report prior to contract award.
The selected supplier will (as a minimum):
- Implement the new CCR Database
- Provide transition and support plans
- Provide technical documents (e.g. procedural documents, work instructions, data dictionary)
- Provide testing
- Provide training materials
- Provide training to all users of the new CCR database (on site or Teams)
- Provide maintenance options
- Provide warranty and IT support service (including disaster recovering plan)
