The City of Bayswater is a WA local government located approximately eight kilometres north-east of the Perth CBD. It includes the suburbs of Bayswater, Bedford, Embleton, Morley, Noranda, Maylands and parts of Mount Lawley and Dianella.
The City has been contacted to support the provision of an Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) facility in close proximity to Maylands Peninsula Primary School to assist in the growing need for families in the Maylands area. Following a review of available facilities, the City determined that Gibbney Reserve was a desirable site for the development of an OSHC facility.
The City is seeking Expressions of Interest from suitable applicants that are experienced in developing and operating OSHC facilities suitable for the site.
