Powerhouse seeks to establish a panel of caterers to deliver catering services for Powerhouse events.

Project goals

The objective of this Expression of Interest (EOI) is to identify and appoint a minimum of four experienced and qualified caterers to join the Powerhouse Panel of Catering Services.

Scope

The appointed caterers will be selected to provide on-demand catering and staffing for functions and events at the Powerhouse sites of Castle Hill and Sydney Observatory. Successful respondents will deliver high-quality food, beverage, and service solutions tailored to each occasion's specific requirements, upholding Powerhouse’s standard of excellence in hospitality and enhancing the guest experience across both locations.
