Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for submissions for Principal Contractors to undertake refurbishment works located at Coorparoo Secondary College at 4 Cavendish Road, Coorparoo QLD 4151.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors with a minimum PQC rating Level 2.

Site Visit
A site inspection has been arranged on Monday, 25th November 2024 at 10:00am at Coorparoo Secondary College located on 4 Cavendish Road Coorparoo. All tenderers are to sign in at the reception desk located in Block E.
Additional Information
Only PQC Level 2 eligible Building Contractors will be provided the tender documents.
The refurbishment scope of works will generally involve the following construction activities:
- Removal of existing Operable Walls
- Procurement and installation of new Teaching Walls
- Paint new walls & repair/patch and repaint damaged walls where documented
- Repair/replacement of damaged ceiling tiles
- Construction of new partitions/walls where documented
- Power and Data upgrades
- External Screening
- Installation of new Air Conditioning unit.
- Installation of new Blinds
