Tender Description
Description : Demolition & Construction works for the Market Street Laneway Breakthrough. Works includes the demolition of two single storey commercial buildings (184 & 186 Ryrie St, Geelong) and construction of new stormwater drainage, paving and the retention of the existing façade and canopy at 184-186 Ryrie St, Geelong. The Works also include urban landscape elements such as public seating, garden beds, irrigation, planting, lighting & electrical and ancillary works.
Prequalification required: Only Tenderers prequalified on the Department of Treasury and Finance Construction Supplier Register at the time of closing of tenders will be eligible to tender on this Contract.
