Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake External Painting Works at three (3) Housing Complexes in Sunset Beach and Geraldton. 

The Work comprises preparation and painting of external surfaces, including but not limited to roofing, roof plumbing, ceilings, eave linings, gable linings, posts, doors and door frames as specified in Annexure 1 – Scope and Specification.
