Tender Description
The City of Port Phillip (Council) is developing the Plan for Port Phillip 2025 to 2029. The Plan for Port Phillip incorporates seven components, meeting our legislative requirements and ensuring continuity with the previous 'Council Plan and Budgets'. It is our guiding framework for the next four years. The seven components are the: Community Vision, Council Plan, Health and Wellbeing Plan, Annual Budget, Revenue and Rating Plan, Financial Plan and Asset Plan.
We are seeking to engage a suitably qualified consultant or consortium to design and deliver
deliberative engagement for Phase 3 of the engagement program.
