This is a Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of Cleaning Services.

Banyule City Council, Merri-bek City Council, Nillumbik Shire Council (Councils) and Yarra Plenty Regional Library (YPRL) are seeking the services of experienced and qualified Contractor(s) for Cleaning Services as outlined in the tender documentation.

The three councils are part of The Northern Region Group of Councils (NRGC) and YPRL is an independent legal entity providing library services in the region.

The buildings and facilities that require cleaning include:

• Administration buildings

• Community buildings

• Convention Centres

• Family buildings

• Recreational buildings

• Public toilets

• Public BBQs

• Picnic shelters

• Bus stops shelters

• Libraries

• Public Areas.
