Project goals

Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) is seeking to acquire land within the Laurieton Target Area for emergency purposes and is calling for a Registration of Interest (ROI) from Respondents with suitable opportunities for PDNSW’s consideration.

Scope

PDNSW is inviting property and land owners to register their interest to provide land, or an alternative delivery opportunity within the Laurieton Target Area. Respondents should nominate sites that meet the following general site selection criteria:

• 1800 - 3000 sqm site
• Corner block or rear access preferred
• Wide street frontage
• Good access to main/arterial roads
• Serviced lot or close proximity to services
• Accessibility for vehicles to turn out of the site in both directions
• Relatively flat site
