Tender Description
The State of South Australia requires a power system modelling solution to address technical operational requirements for implementing a new in-house electricity planning and forecasting function. This function is essential for developing strategies to enhance electricity supply capacity that is not only cost-effective but also meets reliability and security requirements while aligning with South Australia’s carbon emission reduction targets.
The Department for Energy and Mining requires the use of software that allows modelling power flow, voltage stability, transient stability and contingency analysis. The use of this software is also expected to enhance communication of technical analysis results with different stakeholders.
