This request seeks to engage experienced sellers who have capability to conduct a content strategy and information architecture (IA) review and update for the redevelopment of the ACCC’s intranet site. This content strategy and IA will form the basis of the business case to determine the most suitable technical solution for the new intranet and the requirements for the build phase of the project. The ACCC intranet serves as a central hub for internal communication, collaboration, information sharing and accessing key employee services, business systems and tools for approximately 2,000 employees.

The redevelopment project seeks to modernise the ACCC intranet to address the risks associated with an outdated and unsupported content management system (CMS), and to better meet the contemporary needs of users in a hybrid working environment through user-centred design based on business requirements.
