The City of Adelaide has an ongoing requirement for courier services (set run and ad hoc) for daily mail runs and the delivery of library books and materials to its libraries, and other CBD, metropolitan and interstate destinations as required.

The aim of this procurement is to engage a single supplier that can provide the best value for money outcome to the Council in the provision of the required services.

Council wishes to engage a supplier of courier services that:

• Has the capacity, capability, and experience to consistently and reliably provide the services required
• Can provide easy to navigate booking options via an online booking tool and visibility via sufficient tracking tools.
• Is innovative and willing to evolve their service offering should Council’s needs change.
