Tender Description
The Council of the City of Sydney ("Council") invites tenders for the provision of Centennial Hall Audio Console Replacement 2024 (supply only) in accordance with this Request for Tender (RFT).
Project overview
- Provide a high-quality digital mixing console commensurate with the existing d&b Audiotechnik loudspeaker system. The mixing console and ancillary equipment is to replace the existing Midas Pro X mixing console and ancillary equipment with a contemporary solution that meets or exceeds the requirements in the specifications.
- The mixing/audio console and core system solution shall be a digital solution meeting the specification in Part B. The stage inputs/output (I/O) shall be located as detailed in the specifications.
- An extensive installation and training program is also specified for this project to ensure that the change over to the new mixing console is a smooth as possible.
Site Visit:
A site visit will take place on Monday 25 November 2024 at 10:00am. All tenderers are required to confirm their attendance by COB Friday 22 November 2024 by contacting the Procurement Contact - Abbey Bertrams (abbeybertrams@cityofsydney.nsw.gov.au).
Submitting Multiple Audio Console Options:
Bidders can submit multiple options if they can supply different brands / options. Each option should be submitted with its own set of returnable forms and product specific information and titled with the company name then the model type. The options are to be bundled together and then submitted as a single Tenderlink response.
Tender assessment process
- As a part of the initial Tender assessment suitable consoles will be selected for final assessment by an onsite demonstration and trial. A trained representative from the Supplier of each console must be provided to demonstrate the operation of the proposed console.
Tenderers must submit tenders in the manner required by this document.
