Snowy Monaro Regional Council is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for a works order and tasking system, time and attendance management system, a safety management system and integration, automation and reporting

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from vendors with the capability to deliver comprehensive, user-friendly, integrated and scalable solutions that meets council’s operational needs

There are four component parts to this RFP:

• Provision of a works order and task management solution for all staff in all locations and environments
• Provision of a safety management system including the services and technologies for digitisation, automation and reporting to improve safety and compliance management
• Provision of a time and attendance management solution with award interpretation
• Implementation of systems integration, automation and reporting solutions to enable the proposed solutions to draw information from and provide updates to existing systems

A major requirement across all systems (proposed and existing) will be the provision of business intelligence reporting through Power BI dashboards

PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Vendors should include the following information in their proposals:

* Company background and experience with similar projects

* Detailed description of the proposed solutions, including features and functionalities for each component being proposed

* High level Implementation plan and timeline for each component being proposed

* Completion of the vendor response document identifying vendor capability against user, technical and reporting requirements and expected outcomes for each component being proposed

* Pricing structure for each of the components being proposed:

- Implementation

- Training

- Any recurring/ongoing costs (software licencing etc)

* References from previous clients

* Support and maintenance services offered

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS:

* Proposals must be submitted via LGP VendorPanel by the submission deadline

* Late submissions will not be considered unless exceptional circumstances are determined by Council to exist
