Council is seeking Expression of interest for the rent of a 110 acres block of land.

Part Lot 2342 DP 566794, 105 Hassans Lane in Condobolin - The block consists of 110 acres of grazing land. There is no dam or other permanent water source on the block and the applicant will have to provide their own water. The applicant will be required to maintain the fences in a stock proof condition.

The Licence Agreement will have a short-term rental which will end the 30 June 2026.

A bond equivalent to 2 weeks rent will be required. The rent for the block of land will be set at market rent, which has been independently assessed. A public liability insurance policy will be required.
