Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Training and Workforce Development (DTWD) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake refurbishment works to leased facility to suit electrical training at Armadale Campus.
The Work includes but is not limited to painting works, carpentry, ceiling replacements, window and door installs, metalwork, mechanical works, flooring, fire services works, electrical, and more.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 45 Commerce Ave, Armadale at 28 Nov, 2024 11:00 AM.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at Armadale Campus. The location of the briefing will be 45 Commerce Ave, Armadale WA 6112.
