TThe Tasmanian Ports Corporation Pty Ltd (TasPorts) developed a Digital Strategy in 2023 to uplift its core business systems. The first significant project to be undertaken as part of that strategy is the implementation of an Integration Solution and the replacement of the financial system (Great Plains). Its scope will focus on the following activities:

• Identification, selection, and implementation of a new Finance Solution.
• Training and enablement of the new Finance Solution within the business.
• Identification, selection, and implementation of an enterprise integration platform linking business systems (both existing and future).
• Identification, selection, and implementation of an enterprise reporting platform.

A Request for Tender process is scheduled to occur, starting with the release of the RFT in mid-December, closing in late January.
